The BHCA rents two facilities to BHCA Members for daily usage: Perfect for your event!

Tucked at the top of Braddock Mountain, just minutes from downtown Frederick with easy access to I-70, I-270, US 15, and US 340, lies historic Braddock Heights. Once a thriving summer resort, the community is now filled with year-round residents who cherish its small town feel. In the heart of the village lies Braddock Park with two great venues for your event: the indoor Community Center and the outdoor Park Pavilion.
These venues may be reserved for private use by BHCA* members. The recently built Community Center can accommodate up to 50 guests and is perfect for indoor parties, family gatherings, seminars and corporate retreats. The outdoor Park Pavilion also accommodates 50 people and is the ideal outdoor spot for family reunions, birthday parties and company barbecues. (Renters who do not rent both facilities for their event may experience concurrent usage.)
*The annual BHCA membership fee is $35, and non-members can apply for membership in their rental application.
